Imperial Shih Tzu Country is a mother-daughter program built on a shared love for the Shih Tzu breed and a commitment to raising exceptional companions. What began as a family passion has grown into our life's joy — raising tiny, healthy, deeply loved Shih Tzus right here in our home near Nashville, Tennessee.

Our dogs live within our home as cherished members of our family, and every puppy is raised with the same level of care, attention, and affection. From the earliest days in our nursery to the moment they join their forever families, we focus on health, temperament, socialization, and creating a strong foundation for a lifetime of companionship.

We believe in quality over quantity and take pride in raising a small number of puppies, allowing each one to receive individualized care and attention throughout their journey. Our puppies are never kept in kennels — they're underfoot, in our laps, and part of everything we do, so they come to their new homes gentle, social, and well-loved.

The health of our puppies begins with the care of their parents. Our dogs are lovingly cared for, kept on a consistent wellness schedule with our veterinarian, and every puppy is examined, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and sent home with a written health guarantee.

Above all, we're two people who simply adore this breed and the families they become part of. When you welcome one of our puppies, you become part of our extended family — and our support doesn't end on the day your baby comes home. It lasts a lifetime.
