Reservation Process

Transportation

We're located near Nashville, Tennessee.

Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in person, or we can coordinate a trusted flight nanny for those outside the area.

Health Guarantee & Agreement
Every Imperial Shih Tzu Country puppy goes home with a written health guarantee and purchase agreement. This document outlines our health standards, buyer responsibilities, veterinary exam timeline, and the care expectations required to protect your puppy’s well-being.
Before a puppy leaves our home, families will receive and review the full agreement so everything is clear, transparent, and understood before pickup or travel arrangements.
